Stem, expressive arts and youth career development is implementing within a practical, evidence-based approach to ensure participation among all youth. Lori also guides the implementation of the Food Grown Home project which was created as a response to the food crisis created during the recent pandemic when supplies in food stores were limited. As Director, Lori initiates collaborations with schools and community centers across the county to bring expressive arts, college-focused preparation mentoring and FGH STEM career development activities to youth.

Last year, Agnes created a Youth Leadership Club at Bethesda-Chevy Chase HS to link youth to college and career resources. Beginning in elementary school, Agnes participated in the FLS entrepreneurship program and later went on to utilize her leadership skills and financial expertise to become a thriving leader in the skincare industry. Outside of managing her successful business, Agnes mentors middle and high school girls in the community. Agnes earned her Bachelor's Degree from Howard University.
